All new patients must pay a standard consultation fee of $90 ($95 on Saturdays). 

After the initial consultation, the following are bulk-billed (Mondays-Thursdays only):

  • Children under 13

  • Veteran Affairs card holders*

Pension & Health Care card holders receive a $10 discount after their first consultation (Mondays-Thursdays only).

Saturday fees have an additional $5 loading on all item numbers.

FAQs

  • Failure to Attend Appointment will incur a fee of $30.00 (standard consultation) or $50.00 (long consultation).

    To avoid this, please ring our clinic to give us a 24-hour notice. We may make exceptions for circumstances out of your control.

  • Yes. Telehealth is available on request for our regular patients only and are billed at the same rate as face-to-face consultations.

  • Like any insurance, Medicare (Government Free Healthcare Insurance for all Australians) does not reimburse you the full amount for your services provided by our medical team, hence there is often a gap out of pocket. We always try our best to keep this to the minimal whenever possible without compromising quality care.

  • For your convenience, we accept Cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard or Visa. Administrative charges may apply to overdue accounts.

    Payment is required in full on the day. You can claim your Medicare rebate immediately using our Tyro integrated Easyclaim system.

    Patients can swipe their EFTPOS card through our EFTPOS machine and receive their Medicare rebate back on the spot.

    All Worker’s Compensation and Motor Vehicle Related Services require upfront payment.

  • Private fees will apply to:

    • Employment and Diving Medicals

    • Fitness to Drive Medicals (except for Aged or Medical condition)

    • All Insurance Reports

    • Cosmetic Procedures

    • Letters of advice by GPs

    • Issue of Death Certificate (except when doctor present to certify death)

    • Cremation Certificate

    • Group Attendances – group counselling, health education, weight reduction or fitness classes

    • Health Screening Services: testing fitness to undergo physical training programs; vocational activities or weight reduction programs, examination and tests to obtain a flying, commercial diving, or other license, entrance to schools and other educational facilities, for travel requirements and for the purposes of legal proceedings

    • Routine check-ups with an extensive battery of diagnostic investigations are not Medicare rebatable
